Optional Maintenance Contracts
 
We offer two types of annual maintenance contracts for CorrFlow®:

STANDARD: This maintenance contract covers all patches, upgrades, and enhancements of licensed CorrFlow® software modules, and also provides technical support by fax and/or email. Support turn-around is usually one business day. Service is provided Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time on normal business days (holidays excluded). "Patches" are made to correct problems found between major releases. "Upgrades" are done to keep the software up-to-date with the latest operating system releases. "Enhancements" are new features added to the CorrFlow® software module you license; these do not include separately priced modules which you have not licensed.

You are notified about availability of CorrFlow® patches, upgrades, and enhancements by Email (or fax, if you prefer). You may download these from a mailbox we set up for you on our customer support Internet site. Alternatively, you may request that we mail you a floppy disk with the new software.

EXTENDED: This maintenance contract includes the same items as the standard contract, but extends phone support to Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 7:00 pm Central Time, adds on-line diagnostics if you have installed one of the following software products: VPN, GoToMyPC, pcAnywhere, MS Terminal Services, Citrix Winframe, Telnet. In order for us to perform on-line diagnostics, you need to have at least one of these products so that we can connect to your system. This option also includes remote installation of product upgrades by Infopro®.
