The starting point for CorrFlow® is
folder. Folders, the central concept in
CorrFlow®, contain details and notes which you keep regarding
correspondence.

The screen allows you to:
- Key in up to three original contact names
- Key in up to four phone numbers
- Classify the correspondence type into folder type, and up
to three subject categories
- Key in up to three user-configurable fields
- A unique number is automatically generated by the system
to assign to a folder
- Keep track of the creator, the user who completes, reopens,
or last updates the folder
- Set folder owner at time of folder creation to be different
from the data entry user
